For more than 30 years, Dennis has been shaping custom ironwork, taking on projects that keep the craft challenging and varied. Outside the forge, he values time at home or hunting arrowheads. He brings a disciplined approach to his work, focusing on consistent, high-level execution.

Casmer has been creating at the forge since 2021, bringing ideas to life through hands-on work. Outside the shop, he spends time building fence and focusing on his faith. He takes pride in every piece he works on, maintaining a strong personal standard.

Chris enjoys the creative side of the work and bringing ideas to life at the forge, as he has for 30+ years. Outside of work, he spends time with his kids, wherever the day takes them. He puts full effort into every piece, taking pride in the final result.

Frank is drawn to the artistry of the work—building something lasting with his hands. Outside the forge, he enjoys doing much the same at home. He approaches each piece with respect for the material, allowing it to guide the final result.

Chris appreciates the team he works with and enjoys learning new skills on the job. Outside of work, he prioritizes time with his family. He approaches each project with patience and attention to detail, focusing on quality in everything he does.

Since 2023, Jorg has taken on the daily challenges of the shear department with focus and consistency. Outside the forge, he spends his time with family. He approaches each day with urgency and intent, giving full effort to the work in front of him.

Nick brings over 30 years of experience working with metal, with deep knowledge in layout, metallurgy, welding, and forming. Known around the shop for his sense of humor, he keeps things light while doing highly skilled work.

Hunter has been working in fabrication since 2024, focusing on shaping metal into artistic forms and sculptural work. Outside the forge, he spends time hunting, fishing, and trapping. He approaches each project with a straightforward mindset—doing the best work he can every time.

Scott has been part of the team since 2019, helping bring wood and iron together into finished pieces that balance modern and rustic design. He values the people he works with and the family atmosphere at the forge. His work reflects careful construction and attention to detail.

Ethan has been part of the team since 2020, helping ensure each piece leaves the forge the right way. He enjoys working alongside the distribution crew and takes pride in getting orders out clean and secure. Outside the forge, he’s usually in his garage working on whatever project he can get his hands on.

Mason has been working in finishing since 2024, focusing on finishing each piece to a high standard. He values the craftsmanship behind the work and takes a straightforward approach to getting it right. Outside of the forge, he keeps things simple and spends time at home wth his family.

Brady is focused on learning as much as he can and improving every day on the distribution team. Outside the forge, he spends time in his own shop working with iron. He approaches his work with a mindset of constant improvement, always looking for better, more efficient ways to get the job done right.
