Anatomy of the Forest Canopy

02 The posts
Knots and limbs, in iron.
Each post is textured by hand with the knots and limbs of a living trunk. No two are alike: that is the mark of the blacksmith who made them.
03 The leaves
A crown of leaves.
Delicately shaped leaves crown the design, forged one at a time and set onto the branches by hand. If you choose, they are finished in a gold, copper or silver accent.
04 The frame
Overbuilt. Squeak-free.
Two side rails, three cross braces and adjustable feet plant the bed to the floor. Every frame is overbuilt, robust and quiet.
Don't want a box spring? Add our optional wooden bed slats.
The forge
It starts as raw iron.
Every Forest Canopy is designed and built by our master blacksmiths in the Ozark Mountains: heated to glowing, hammered by hand, and bent branch by branch into a canopy.
