"Customer service is excellent and shipping was very fast. The trivet was a gift and they won't open it until October, but I am sure it is beautiful. The pictures on the store site look so nice. I love that it was made in the USA! One thing I would encourage you to do - if you are ordering a gift and sending it bill to/ship to, let Urban Forge know! I didn't do that and the box came with """"IRON TRIVET"""" on it. Totally my fault and they still don't know what it looks like but I wish I had mentioned that. I know they will love it and many thanks to Urban Forge!"
