"This is the most gorgeous bed and it is also sturdy and well made. One of the pieces was broken upon delivery and the Urban Forge team was amazing. They leapt into action, got a new one made and shipped in no time and it was here within a few days. My interactions from day one to delivery could not have been more professional and friendly. "I could not recommend this bed more. One of the most gorgeous pieces of furniture I own and frankly, that I've ever seen. The customer service was phenomenal as well. Unfortunately, we had multiple hiccups along the way when it came to set up and the wonderful people at Urban Forge were more than happy to help us and were so patient with us. This review has been a long time coming and I really hope it was worth the wait for them. When one of the branches to the canopy ended up stripped, they sent us what we would need to fix it in no time flat and totally free of charge. Due to life being complicated with work and kids and just everything, it just took us a while to have the time to finish it. But when we finally did, it was beyond worth it. Its a major talking point in our household when we have guests!"
"I'm a bit late in putting in this review. I found Urban Forge through a show on PBS. They panned by this bed and I immediately paused the TV and said "what is that?!?" Next day I went online and made my purchase. This was early 2020 and then the country shut down due to Covid. It did take quite a bit longer than quoted for it to be done, but that was understandable. Had it shipped to California. It is, by far, the most fabulous piece of furniture I have ever purchased. Such a well made, quality bed. It truly has the WOW factor in my ranch home and everyone who sees it thinks the same thing. I've made several smaller purchased from Urban Forge since then and am happy with everything I've acquired."

"We LOVE it, so beautiful!!! The delivery men thought so too :) The service was excellent! I worked with Sherry and she kept me well informed on the progress and helped us tremendously with the delivery! We had to have her hold the bed because our house was not completed when expected. We still are waiting, the bed is in storage, and can not wait to see it in our new home. Fingers crossed hopefully mid July. I will be sure and send pictures :) Please give kudos to Sherry she was extremely helpful and accommodating with our situation and we would work with her again. "I am very happy with the overall construction of the bed. It is well-made, goes together sturdily and is nicely finished. My only reservation is the hooks along the branches. While I can appreciate that they are meant for the chandelier option, they are really unsightly for those of us who will not be adding the chandelier. I wish I had been aware of this feature so I could have requested they not be welded onto the branches of the item I ordered. In truth, I probably would not have purchased the piece had I known about them."
